​Frank began his career at Siemens, where he spent six years at different cross-functional departments including application engineering, project management, new business development, and domestic sales in the industry sector.  He is also experienced with technical solution and engineering of AC drives and motion control systems for machinery.

Frank holds an MBA degree from Fudan University and a BS in Automation from East China University of Science and Technology.
