Her research based projects include “A Study into Satisfaction and Loyalty of Customers towards Haldiram’s Products,” “A Complete Analysis of the Indian Herbal Market: Its Growth and Trends” and “A Comparative Analysis of the Chocolate Brands in the Indian Chocolate Market.” 

Other reports she has worked on include "Social Networking Media - A Tool for Effective Marketing and Community Collaboration", "Best Practices Such as Smart Manufacturing Help Industrial Companies Achieve Sustainable Competitiveness", "Adaptability and Agility Are Essential to Succeed in the Global Market", and "Reverse Innovation".  She has also worked on a Collaborative Production Management Solutions study.

Swati is a postgraduate (PGDM) from Apeejay Institute of Technology, School of Management for Women, Greater Noida, India with majors in Marketing and Human Resource Management, and was the recipient of the Satya Paul Award given by Apeejay Education Society.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dr. B.R Ambedkar University, Agra (Uttar Pradesh), India and was the Best Student of the Year and University Topper.
