Prior to ARC, Tracy worked for MRO Software in various sales and marketing roles for their EAM product MAXIMO. In her most recent sales role she managed the full partnership life cycle. She worked with the sales team to identify potential partners, initiated and developed the relationships, negotiated the Value Added Reseller Agreements, and developed go-to market strategies. Some of her accounts included IBM, Foxboro, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and Lockheed Martin.
